• Certified Quotes

  A certified quote is a quote offered to you by a processor that has entered into a legal agreement with CardFellow to abide by the terms set forth by CardFellow to ensure fair and honest pricing, tactics, and business practices.

  Certified quotes are offered with no cancellation fees and only fully-disclosed, transparent pricing.

  Certified quotes are clearly marked in your CardFellow profile.

• Uncertified Quotes

  Uncertified quotes are quotes offered to you by a processor that has not entered into legal agreement with CardFellow.

CardFellow makes absolutely no warranties whatsoever as to the accuracy of pricing, terms of service, or cost estimates associate with uncertified quotes.

In addition to the assistance of a neutral professional to help you select the best credit card processing solution, you will also benefit from certified quotes that are offered without cancellation fees based only on interchange-plus pricing backed by each processors' contractual obligations to CardFellow.

Before being allowed to offer certified quotes through CardFellow, processors must agree not to impose cancellation fees and to only offer quotes based on interchange-plus pricing. In fact, CardFellow is unique in the industry and has contractually required "certified" processors listed on its site as certified to agree to liquidated damages in the event of a violation of CardFellow's terms of service regarding no cancellation fees or price increases. In such circumstances, CardFellow reserves the right to pursue liquidated damages against the certified processor. If CardFellow pursues a certified processor and successfully recovers your cancellation fee or overcharge, CardFellow will pass on the payment to you.

Cost Calculators

Our Web site utilizes calculators that assist you by estimating how much a provider's quote will cost based on the business details you provide when signing up. While our software is comprehensive and often updated, credit card processing costs are based on many variables, and the results of our calculators will not be 100% accurate all of the time. Calculator results should be interpreted as a general prediction of cost, not as an exact measure.

Cost

Our services are offered to you free of charge. We generate income through a small commission from the processor whose services you choose to use.

Good Faith

You are under no obligation to select a credit card processor through CardFellow. But you may only use our service if you are actively searching for credit card processing services for a legitimate business. Creating an account for any other reason interferes with our ability to offer services to genuine visitors.

If you use this site as a competitor or other industry professional, with no direct need for credit card processing services, CardFellow reserves the right to seek damages for interference with our service or for any other available claim.

Your Information

Control

You control which processor has access to your identifiable information (phone number, address, business name, etc.) by choosing a quote. Prior to you accepting a quote, processors can only view general information pertinent to formulating offers. The only processor that is able to view your identifiable information is the processor whose quote you accept.

Contact methods

Processors can't see your identifiable information and will not contact you outside of CardFellow's on-site message board. You will not receive sales calls and emails from processors as a result of using our service.

General
