InstantAccept offers a variety of features that businesses need or want, including seamless integration with QuickBooks, fraud protection, and reporting.
Seamless Integration with QuickBooks
Today, QuickBooks is one of the most universally used systems for accounting, inventory management, sales analysis, and anything else that a business might need in their day to day operations. However, when it comes to actual sales and payment processing, QuickBooks can sometimes be convoluted and time-consuming. This is where InstantAccept comes in. Instant Accept integrates with QuickBooks to allow businessess to immediately access customer information and process payment without having to actually open QuickBooks.
Fraud Protection
InstantAccept’s multi-faceted fraud protection approach takes customer security very seriously. The system’s tokenization process allows you to process returning customers without having to store customer information on the overall server. By creating a “token” that represents the customer with non-specific information, the system is still able to recognize the customer without calling upon credit card information or personal information like address of phone number.
Additionally, InstantAccept’s SSL technology combines elements of server authentication, data encryption, and other digital components to provide merchants with an extremely secure platform for customers.
Bookkeeping
Rather than spending countless hours analyzing invoices, looking over sales reports, and carrying out monotonous data entry to prevent errors, InstantAccept allows you to fix any mistakes in real time. The POS system links invoices to payments directly rather than having to retroactively go through the invoices. You can also update accounts as needed, generate reports, create new customer accounts, and create new invoices all in current time without having to go back through tons of data.
With InstantAccept, you can create reports for any time period. Whether you want to keep tabs on transactions on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis, reports are available. Reports can also be generated on a custom schedule, allowing for flexibility or stringent monitoring. You can also use reporting to determine your regular customers, view past transactions and payments, and highlight any payments that have been declined and may need to be followed up on. With InstantAccept’s Executive Dashboard, business owners have access to a communicative overall snapshot of customer metrics and an interactive database that customer data in a variety of ways.
Instant Accept charges a fee of 10 cents per transaction, which is in addition to the rates and fees for processing that your credit card processing company will set.
If you’d like to find out exactly what you’d pay for processing, you can request a quote from processors that support the InstantAccept system right here at CardFellow. Our no-obligation quote request tool is free and private, so you can check pricing specific to your business without pressure from sales reps. Try it here.
There is a $20.00 monthly service fee for subscription to InstantAccept. In order to get set up to take credit cards, you’ll need to set up a merchant account with one of InstantAccept’s processing partners. Once this is completed there is a $25.00 set up fee, as well as the costs to take credit cards, which will be set by your processing company.
All of the hardware that is available to QuickBooks users can be linked with InstantAccept.

Integration with QBO **DOES NOT WORK** Cards are not stored properly, constant data failures, updates to card info dont stick and the support is terrible. This went on for months. DO NOT USE.
If you use QuickBooks, InstantAccept is a solid option for easy integration. It also works with a bunch of different processors, so you're not limited to one or two choices.
