A decent terminal, but after about a year mine has been generating "internal errors" a couple times a week that force me to power it down and start it back up again.
We are having issues. When we use this terminal we found that some guest have been charged twice. When we manually type the card info on to our POS it works fine.
A touchscreen display and a built-in printer set the Z9 apart from other models. Accepts all newer payment technology.
