Card Processing

Netcom PaySystem provides card processing services so you can take major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and more. Netcom offers a broad range of credit card processing equipment for accepting cards in-person, including countertop terminals and PIN pads to full point-of-sale systems.

Check Services

Looking to take checks? Netcom can help with that, too. Use a check reader connected to a credit card terminal to process checks electronically and have funds deposited right to your account without a trip to the bank. A Check Guarantee option adds security and protection from bounced checks.

Online Processing

If you want to take credit cards online, Netcom PaySystem offers the popular Authorize.Net payment gateway. You’ll be able to process transactions quickly and securely, and utilize robust reporting tools to track your sales and payments. Authorize.Net provides live technical support to merchants, and the gateway stores data in its PCI-compliant data center to help minimize fraud or security problems.

Internet processing can integrate with QuickBooks for easy accounting management.

Gift Cards

It seems like everyone offers gift cards these days, because they’re a great way to encourage more visits and earn more money. You can join the party and offer your own with one of Netcom PaySystem’s 3 different card packages. There the “Pre Designed” option, the fastest choice, which lets you choose a professionally designed template and get your cards in a matter of days. If you want a little more customization, the “Logo” package might be right for you. Your logo can be incorporated into one of the professionally designed cards. Or maybe you want to have full control over the look of your gift cards. In that case, the “Custom” package has you covered. You can create fully customized cards by either providing your own design or working with Netcom PaySystem’s graphic artists to design the right card.

Mobile Processing

You can take payments on the go with Netcom PaySystem, which offers ROAMpay Swipe for mobile card processing. ROAMpay Swipe works with iPhone and Android devices to allow you to securely swipe credit cards and qualify for lower processing rates. ROAMpay Swipe features encryption technology for enhanced security.

Netcom PaySystem also offers eProcessing Network (ePN) mobile solutions. You can install the ePNMobile app to your smartphone or tablet to accept transactions via mobile device. ePN offers secure transactions and the ability to email receipts, and supports multiple card readers.

Working Capital

Need funds? Netcom PaySystem offers cash advances against future credit card sales. Cash advances are available in amounts from $5,000 to $250,000 and no collateral is required. During initial setup, they were very responsive to questions. They did end up sending me a different card machine than what was originally quoted, but they honored their original (lower) price. Statement audit after 6 months was just done, and everything looks good, with no hidden increases. Very satisfied.

Their customer service is outstanding, as they are quick in responding to questions I might have. The overall cost of my processing fees are low, and their statements are easy to understand. A great addition to their service would be to email you when your statement is ready; although, it is very easy to download the statement from the website.

I've been using Netcom Paysystem at my two locations for several months now. I estimate that I am saving around 50% of my previous processor's fees. Yes, they were charging me double what I'm paying now for credit card processing. Thanks to Sam and Tammy for getting be set up so quickly and smoothly and allowing me to save so much each month. If you're processing with someone who is using tiered pricing, call Netcom immediately and start saving. Even with a cancellation fee from my previous processor, it's more than worth changing now.

Generally pleased. 2 things, both small: 1.) a couple of my monthly statements are no longer available on-line. As I have printouts, I don't need them, just thought it was strange. (2.) My password for the estatement is good only for a month. As I log on only once a month, I have to change my password every time I log on, which is annoying but livable. Just thought that was strange also. Otherwise very good rates, and everything seems to be working ok.

No beating around the bush on questions. Answers were clear and straight forward. Service was exceptional when getting set up and they went way beyond. So far, I'm very impressed. The only negative I might have is the two-day settlement period for deposits versus most others that offer 1-day settlements. However, if that's the biggest problem I have, the positives have outweighed it so far.

I have no complaints. Customer service has been flawless with the minor walk me through this or that stuff. Hope I never have any major troubles but if I do I think it would be handled perfectly, professionally and quickly. I have definitely saved major money just because I went from processing all transactions manual entry to swiped. Keep up the good work.

Netcom PaySystems makes me feel as if I am driving a Mercedes Benz for the price of a Hyundai. What a great feeling! Today's economy has forced me to become a savvy and discerning consumer. That is how I came across this company.
