E-onlinedata offers payment processing through several channels including online, mobile device, by mail or phone, and in person. As a client, you can accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. E-onlinedata also offers discounted rates for online acceptance of donations to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations.
Having a store online allows you to offer service to your customers whenever and wherever they are interested in shopping. Businesses can easily accept payments on their existing website with e-onlinedata’s internet accounts. E-onlinedata offers the popular and full-featured Authorize.Net secure payment gateway, allowing you to accept traditional credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, business and government purchase cards, fleet cards, and electronic checks.
For those who need to accept payments as they travel, e-onlinedata’s mobile processing turns existing mobile devices into PCI compliant card processing terminals. Transactions are processed in real time and secured with industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
If you need to accept payments for goods and services through mail or by phone, e-onlinedata provides processing to make payment acceptance safe and secure. You can use e-onlinedata’s ChargeEasy system to accept payments through existing computers with internet connections, using current equipment as a virtual terminal. You can also take advantage of the Authorize.Net virtual terminal for phone and mail processing.
If you do business in a traditional store environment, e-onlinedata offers a selection of wireless and wired card terminals for point-of-sale card processing. Alternately, you can use e-onlinedata’s ChargeEasy to turn an existing computer with internet connection into a retail point-of-sale terminal. Secure card readers are available via USB port with no additional hardware required. Receipts can be printed on any Windows printer.
For credit card processing for non-profit organizations, e-onlinedata offers the ability to accept online donations with discounted card processing rates to valid 501(c)(3) non-profits. Online donation processing features no monthly minimums and e-onlinedata claims low per-transaction rates.
For security, e-onlinedata works with Level 1 PCI compliant service providers to ensure safety for businesses and customers. E-onlinedata helps you with the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) required by the major credit card companies. Also, the e-onlinedata PCI compliance Toolkit includes online validation services for an extra monthly cost.
E-onlinedata sells equipment directly, and does not lease credit card terminals. If you need to purchase terminals, you can contact e-onlinedata directly for a list of currently available models and prices.
E-onlinedata publishes the following rates for credit card processing:
Qualified rate: 2.19%
Non-qualified rate: 3.49%
Per-transaction fee: $0.20
Monthly service fee: $10
Authorize.Net Gateway fee: $10/month
Online PCI validation is an additional charge of $10/month. You may be able to pay $100/year instead of being charged monthly.
Note that these rates indicate a tiered pricing model, and your business may be subject to additional fees. In order to find out how much your business will pay for e-onlinedata’s service, you can request a fully-disclosed quote through CardFellow’s free service, to easily compare it with different processors without the hassle of aggressive sales people.
Rates for online donations for 501(c)(3) non-profits are listed as follows:
Per-transaction rate: $0.25
Additional fees may apply.
E-onlinedata is not currently accredited by the Better Business Bureau and does not have a profile. This is strange because e-onlinedata’s website shows a symbol of being accredited with the BBB. Perhaps it is referring to its parent company, PowerPay, which has an A+ rating and is accredited.
Overall, e-onlinedata does not have a large online reputation. There are only 2 complaints on Ripoff Report. Both allege issues with missing funds and difficulty dealing with customer service. There is no mention of e-onlinedata on Yelp, but PowerPay’s reviews surface when you search for e-onlinedata. If working with PowerPay is any indication of what to expect with e-onlinedata, reviews indicate that you should be wary of rates being higher than indicated, hidden fees, difficulty cancelling, and trouble receiving funds.
Unlike general web reviews, verified reviews are posted by businesses that have chosen the processor's quote through CardFellow's marketplace, and CardFellow has confirmed with the processor that the business is using its service. Businesses can update verified reviews at any time to ensure the review accurately reflects the processor's performance over time.
Unlike verified reviews which are validated by CardFellow, web reviews can be submitted by anyone viewing this profile. While we validate these reviews as best we can, CardFellow does not verify that a reviewer is using or has used a processor's service.

I just was pulled into this company by being referred to Authorize.net from Shopify. We finally received the big dealer purchase we had been dreaming of, which just happened immediately after opening an account. We found out that e-Online Data froze our account and are holding the funds from us - pending underwriting review. They said that they have to make sure we have the money already in our current account to cover the $6,000.00 purchase. Why is it that I need to already have $6,000.00 in my bank in order to have some company deposit my rightly earned $6,000.00 from goods and services that I have already provided?? How can they expect small companies to grow? I wish I would have read all of the reviews out there before getting mixed up with them. It's impossible to get anything figured out. You get transferred to several different "departments" and no one communicates with each other. They are skilled in prolonging holding funds that rightly belong to you. I have read that there are several people either filing or looking into filing lawsuits. I'm sure there are class action lawsuits pending from this company if you happen to be one of the unfortunate businesses who have come across these people. We can't just sit back and take this kind of treatment. We work too hard to be blocked when we finally start to head in the right direction with our small businesses.

e-onlinedata has gone through many changes over the years and it’s now a PowerPay. It seems like the volume of statements we see from e-onlinedata has dropped off over the past year or so. The statements that we do see coming through show pretty aggressive pricing with many businesses paying a non-qualified tier of 3.97%. We used to see e-onlinedata charging significantly more than the actual cost of assessments, but it seems to have cut back on this practice in the last several statements we’ve seen.
