With Century Business Solutions you can process card payments and checks whether at point-of sale, online, mail/phone order, or on-the-go with mobile processing. Gift and loyalty card programs are also available.

Card Processing

Credit? Debit? No problem. Century can process all major brands of credit and debit cards as well as gift cards. This helps ensure you don’t miss out on sales for lack of payment options. Check Processing

Century Business Solutions Reviews

For a company that has been in business over a decade, Century Business Solutions seems to have a fairly clean slate. The Better Business Bureau gives Century an A+ rating and there is only 1 complaint from the last 3 years. The complaint resulted from confusion regarding an account that was supposed to be closed, yet continued to be billed. Apparently the client did not realize that by keeping their Authorize.net account open through Century Business Solutions they would continue to get charged for a PCI fee and use of Century’s software. Century agreed to refund the client for the alleged extra charges.

A search on Ripoff Report for Century Business Solutions will locate 19 complaints, but don’t be misled. Only 1 of the reviews is for the processor, the rest are associated with other companies that share the name. The complaint targeted at Century sounds similar to the one at the BBB. It alleges that the company extracted over $500 from the client’s account over the course of 2 ½ years after the service was supposedly cancelled. It is unknown if this complaint was ever resolved, but the client states that attempts at dealing with customer service proved frustrating and unhelpful.

Another place people go to vent is Yelp, but surprisingly 3 out of the 4 reviews are very positive. The reviewers compliment Century’s customer service and support, helpful software and gateway, as well as the low pricing. The negative review claims the exact opposite, but it is followed by a company response that is nearly twice the review’s length. Century’s response gives its side of the story, but also offers help and suggestions for how the complaint can be remedied.
