Exatouch is a point of sale system designed with restaurants, retail, and salons in mind. Offered by Electronic Payments and running on a SQL database, the system supports credit card processing and POS functions for businesses of any size.
In this Exatouch review, we’ll go over features, pricing, and more to help you decide if it’s the right point-of-sale system for your business.
Exatouch Features
Exatouch includes a number of features designed to benefit any business, including customer management, appointment scheduling, and inventory management. The system also includes cloud backup to help reduce the risk of data loss.
Customer Management
A detailed customer database lets you track new and returning clients, see purchases, create special email promotions, offer birthday or holiday coupons, send reminders of upcoming appointments, and more. You can easily rebook clients for appointments based on their history, set up standing appointments, and make notes of preferences.
Inventory Management
Exatouch includes real-time inventory tracking, letting you easily see which items need to be ordered. You can manage items by color and size, and identify best and worst selling items to optimize your product inventory.
Gift Card Program
Exatouch offers the eGiftSolutions gift card program for businesses that would like to offer the convenience of gift cards. Cards can be customized with your business information and easily redeemed through your POS system.
For Restaurants
Exatouch gives you the option to take cards right at the table, increasing convenience and streamlining customer payments. For restaurants that would like to continue to use traditional tipping processes with EMV chip cards, Exatouch supporters EMV tip adjustments so that you won’t need to alter the tipping process.
For easy guest management, Exatouch includes table mapping that lets you view open tables and monitor sections. You’ll also have the ability to modify menu items based on diner preferences, open tabs, include special instructions, and split checks.
The company also plans to roll out the MobileNosh online ordering system in the future. The app will work seamlessly with Exatouch, providing order details, delivery instructions, and more.

The restaurant bundle includes a touchscreen, software with order entry capabilities for servers to quickly and accurately enter customer orders, a thermal printer, and an EMV-ready card swiper.
Exatouch Pricing
Exatouch’s website doesn’t provide any information about costs for the software or the POS bundles. We’ve reached out to the company for more information and will update this review as details become available.
Credit Card Processing with Exatouch
The Exatouch POS system can include credit card processing through Electronic Payments. EMV-capable devices are available to allow for acceptance of chip credit and debit cards. Electronic Payments will set your pricing for credit card transactions. Pricing for processing is in addition to costs for the software and hardware of the POS system.
